Candy Mechanics, a London-based startup, creates unique chocolate gifts that are customisable through the use of state-of-the-art technology. We were initially approached by Candy Mechanics to develop custom online editors, enabling individuals to create their own card designs which were then engraved into chocolate bars. The editor was seamlessly integrated into an e-commerce site, allowing users to easily purchase their unique designs. We later adapted these editors for in-store use in the form of a pop-up kiosk.

We also made the Candy Mechanics Lolpop editor, enabling users to capture a video of their face and — through photogrammetry — create a three-dimensional model of their head. This model can then be processed by a CNC machine to sculpt a chocolate lollipop.
